Dr. Samuel F. Bautista, 91, passed away peacefully April 2, surrounded by his family at Mississauga Trillium Hospital. Preceded in death by his devoted wife Epifania, he was a loving father of Virginia (Ramon), Cecille (George), Dody (Filomena), Marc (Jacquie), Meynard (Cynthia), Miriam (Joe), Melissa (Jehan), cherished by 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He is survived by his partner Nina Arlos.
He will be remembered as a man of faith, for his work as a dentist and for his dedication to community as District Deputy and Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. May God grant him eternal rest in peace.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 5 at Turner and Porter Funeral Home at 1981 Dundas St. W. Mississauga, from 2:00-9:00 pm. Funeral mass will be at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church at 4070 Central Parkway E., Mississauga Saturday, April 6 at 10:30am followed by internment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery 6933 Tomken Rd., Mississauga.
