lt is with great sadness that the family of Sam Ruscetta announce his passing peacefully at his home on Monday, September 20, 2021.

Loving father of Laini Poldrugovac and her husband Ezio Poldrugovac.
Husband of the late Florence Ruscetta and father of the late Nadine Ruscetta and longtime companion, Carol Henderson. Family and friends will fondly remember Sam for his love of gardening, sweets and Dancing. Sam touched the lives of so many family and friends with his charm, generosity, kindness and accomplishments. He truly was one of a kind and will be sadly missed.

Registration required to attend the Funeral Mass will be held at St. Clement Roman Catholic Church, 409 Markland Drive, Etobicoke (at Bloor St.) on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 11 a.m.

For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

My condolences to Laini, Ezio and family.

I have known Uncle Sam for 41 years. My memories of him, Aunt Flo and Nadine are fond ones.
I spent a lot of time at their home, dinners, sleep overs with my dear friend, Nadine among other special occasions.
Uncle Sam as I fondly referred to him was always welcoming, kind and generous.
He will be sadly missed especially by his loving daughter, Laini.

You are now united with your dear Flo and Nadine.
