In Celebration of

Rosita Cantillon

July 12, 1936 -  March 21, 2025

A Loving Mother, A Devoted Friend

With heavy hearts, we announce that Rosita Manansala Cantillon, our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, mother-in-law, and friend, has joined our Creator.

She peacefully entered eternal rest on March 21, 2025, at the age of 88. Born on July 12, 1936, in Pampanga, Philippines, she lived a life marked by love, kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends.

She was predeceased by husband Manuel V. Cantillon

Living to mourn are her 4 siblings Eugenia, Victorino, Editha, and Maria, her 9 children Manuel Jr., Miguel, Saturnino, Rebecca, Ma. Isabel, Liberty, Jose Nguyen, Jennifer, and Maria Veronica. And cherished by 24 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

Her warm smile, contagious laughter, and boundless love touched the lives of all who knew her. She inspired us with her strength, compassion, and selflessness, always encouraging us to be the best versions of ourselves.

As we grieve her loss, we take comfort in the promise of eternal life. “And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.” (1 Corinthians 13:13)

We will forever cherish the moments of joy, the laughter, and even the tears we shared with her. Though she is no longer with us, her love will live on in our hearts.

Rest in paradise, dear Mother. Your love will remain with us always.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 26 from 4 - 8pm at Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga.

Funeral services will be held at St. Josephine Bakhita on Thursday March 27 at 10am.

Rest in paradise, dear Mother. Your love will remain with us always.
