In Celebration of

Rosie Adelina D'Souza

August 30, 1927 -  July 31, 2023

The Lord callled Rosie to him in her 96th year on Monday July 31, 2023 at Trillium Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Rosie was deeply loved by her late husband of 45 years Percy, loving children, Kenneth, Derek (Marlenne), Shirley (Steve), adoring grandchildren Caitlyn, Olivia, Emma, Sophia, Craig and Stephanie. Rosie also leaves behind her brother Robert (Marina) Ribeiro.

A Celebration of Life Mass will be celebrated by Rosie’s nephew Father Michael Coutts on Saturday August 5 at 10:30 a.m. at Nativity of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, 480 Rathburn Road, Etobicoke, followed by a reception in the hall.

The Celebration of Life Mass will be live-streamed at: https://youtube.com/live/2nKILb3muTU?feature=share

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Grimsby Benevolent Fund (GBF), a charity that Rosie volunteered at.

We pray to Almighty God to grand aunty Rosie eternal Rest and strength and courage to Shirley and the family to bear this loss. A mother is strength to the family and when we lose our mother to God it always leaves a vacuum which never fills up.

Sorrowfully
