Passed away at Trillium Health Partners Mississauga Hospital on Monday, May 2, 2022, at the age of 90. Predeceased by her beloved husband Antonino. Devoted mother of Marianna (Reno) and the late Michelle (Lorenzo). Cherished Nonna of Christine (Stephen), Victor, Robert, and Julia. Proud great-grandmother “Big Nonna” of Angelo and Anthony. She will forever be in the hearts of her nieces, nephews, and siblings in Italy and Canada.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at days to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom and the teaching of kindness is on her tongues.” (Proverbs 31: 25-26)

You were the matriarch in our family in Canada. You started as sister in law to my mom, but then became her lifelong sister and best friend. You gave to your family and extended family with all your heart, never fearing how large the gathering was or how much work was involved. Our family times growing up were always filled with much love and always, always laughter! Your funeral will take place on my wedding anniversary; a nod and forever reminder of your talent creating my bridesmaid dresses 36 years ago.
