Peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, on Wednesday January 8, 2020 at Silverthorne Long Term Care Facility, at the age of 89. Predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years Patrick. Cherished and beloved mother of Magda (Fred) Moore, Patrick Jr. (Mercy) Halferty, Roisin (Ron) Young, Richard (Caroline) Halferty, Anne (Vince) Camastra, Paul Halferty and predeceased by her son Cathal Halferty.Loving grandmother to Melissa (Alex) Royce, Shannon Moore, Rachel, Rebecca, Benjamin and Grace Halferty, Erin (Michael) Doherty, Patricia Young, Paget Halferty, Domenic, Patrick and Michela Camastra.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter “Peel” Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW) on Thursday and Friday from 6-9 pm.

Funeral Mass will take place at St. Martin of Tours Parish, 1290 McBride Avenue, Mississauga on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 12 p.m.

Interment at Assumption Cemetery.

For those who wish, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.

Sorry for your loss, it is never easy to let go of those you love.
Trust in God's grace that she is back where she began, starting on her new journey. We will all meet again in that special place.
In this short time that I met Annie and Michela who are both very special people can only imagine the Queen Bee must have been amazing!
