Roland had a passion for helping others, especially homeless people. Passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019 in Mississauga. Predeceased by his parents Herbert and Edith Armitage. Beloved husband of Carol. Loving father of Shawn and Ryan. Dear grandfather of Evan. Brother of Brian, Linda, Valerie, Susan and Cathy. Uncle of Taylor, Thomas, Debbie, Darryl, Crystal and Felix, Dustin and Olivia, Jessie, Josh, Brittany, Shane, Jordan and Lucas. Great uncle of Jayden, Tristan, Mariah and Akai.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter “Peel” Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of QEW) on Thursday from 2-6 p.m and from 2 – 3 p.m. Friday. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 3:00 p.m.
