We are so sorry to hear of Roy’s passing. We are here for Marg and family throughout this difficult time for whatever you may need. I hope that he is now enjoying an early morning fishing trip, planting a new veggie garden, puttering with an antique radio that is well-beyond repair, soaking up the rays in Barbados and taking that well-deserved trip back to the Emerald Isle. Breathe easy Roy-rest in peace. We will miss you xo
Papa I’m so happy I was able to get back to Ontario and spend such precious time together. I will always remember everything you taught me. And all the great memories we have together . Love you so much and miss you ❤️
Roy was so welcoming when I was introduced to the family 10 years ago when Brad and I started dating. He also welcomed my daughters Jordyn and Chayse-Dakota. We are truly blessed to have had 10 beautiful years with papa in our lives. You will be missed dearly but never forgotten. Thank you for always treating me and my girls as one of your own granddaughters. Love Nancy Ann Swartz
Dear Margaret, Kristen and family,
Kie and are sorry and saddened to hear the news of Robert's/ your father's passing.
What we remember most about Robert/your father, was seeing him sitting outside those early mornings reading his newspaper and drinking coffee. Later on, especially this past summer, he was often resting in his favourite seat enjoying the early afternoon. Robert/your father had interesting stories he shared from his life.
On those warmer days he'd point out a spot on the walk and say, "When the sun reaches there, I'll go inside."
I know when we pass by, we'll keep looking for him to be sitting there, and then remember him.
Again with our deepest condolences,
Don & Kie Morrison
Roy was a wonderful human being especially when it came to his family. Sending love & strength to Margaret & family. He’ll truly be missed.
