Robert (Bob) George Lawrie

December 28, 1942 - May 1, 2023

Passed away peacefully at Belmont House, on Monday, May 1, 2023 in his 81st year. Predeceased by his beloved wife Mary-Anne Lawrie (2016). Loving father of Michael, Steven, and Gregory. He will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at St. Philip’s Anglican Church, 31 St. Philip’s Road, Toronto, on Friday, May 12th at 10 a.m., with the family receiving visitors one hour before the service. Interment St. George’s-on-the-Hill Cemetery.

For those who wish, donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.

Bob was one of the kindest and friendliest people in our lives. He would always make you smile by sharing stories from his childhood days. He was charitable and giving. He always wished you happy birthday with a handwritten birthday card. We will never forget his kindness and amazing spirit.
