It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert D’Silva, a beloved husband, devoted father, and proud grandfather, who left us peacefully on December 26, 2024. Robert’s love and presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Robert was a loving and supportive husband to his wife, Louisa, with whom he shared a life full of love, laughter, and cherished memories. As a father, he was a constant source of strength, wisdom, and guidance to his children: Romayne, Robyn, and Roseanne. He embraced their spouses, Elton, Jason, and Tristin, as his own, creating a family united by love.

As a grandfather, Robert’s heart was full of pride and joy as he doted on his grandchildren: Cayden, Raelyn, Cameron, Emmalyn, and Rhiannon. His love for them knew no bounds, and he cherished every moment spent with his little ones, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and unconditional love.

Robert’s family was his greatest treasure, and he will be remembered for his unwavering devotion, gentle spirit, and the warmth he brought to all who knew him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones forever.

A celebration of Robert’s life will be held at the Turner & Porter “Neweduk Chapel”, 1981 Dundas Street, W., Mississauga, on Sunday, December 29, 2024 from 4-7 pm.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. John of the Cross Church, 6890 Glen Erin Drive, Mississauga, on Monday, December 30, 2024 at 10 am. Live Stream link for the funeral mass will be added shortly.
