In Celebration of

Rino Longo

March 27, 1934 -  May 10, 2020

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Rino Longo, on May 10, 2020, at the age of 86. Rino was a devoted father to Sergio and Paola; a cherished father-in-law to Danny and Maria Luisa; a proud grandfather to Marcello Nicolas (18) and Selina Lucia (11); an honourable brother to his sisters in Canada: Caterina and Lidia; and to his sisters in Italy: Veronica, Laura and Pasqua and to his brother Dino (deceased in Canada). Rino is survived by his loving companion Bianca and was preceded in death by his second wife Fernanda. Rino was so loved by all; whose bright smile he shed upon, and his memories will be treasured by all of his family and friends throughout Canada, Italy and the US. Our hearts are now consoled with the thought of our sweet, sweet father; always so full of love, compassion, generosity and joy, now at peace with our Heavenly Father and our beloved mother, Lucia, reunited with their baby daughter, their precious little angel. We will miss you dearly, everyone will. Rest in peace now dad. We love you.

I will always remember your dad's kindness, the times he and Bianca would give me a ride home from the club in his yellow mustang. Condolences to all the family.

Dear Paola and family,

Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Though, I never met your dad, I felt that I did through the many stories you told me over the years of such an amazing man. Much love and peace to you and your family.
