Linda was a classmate and dear friend of my wife Joan who recently passed. Joan helped Linda renovate the rectory in Tupperville . Linda was always a welcome guest in our home. May she rest in peace, and I am sure Joan was there to welcome her in heaven.
I will miss Linda so much. we spent many hours on the phone or visiting or going on trips together. she was such a loving, caring person. always thinking of others.
What a lovely written tribute to an amazing woman. Aunt Linda has always been a truly inspiring woman. The way she lived her life was a living example of how to be loving, thoughtful and completely invested in those she loved. No matter how busy this world got, she ensured to take time to acknowledge and communicate with the ones she loved. The sudden loss of her presence will be felt deeply. All of my love and support to Uncle David, Carolyn, Diego, Jack, Margo, Andrew, Liz, Miles and Maggie. We love you all.
Linda was a true treasure. She cherished her family and friends with her soul. We are privileged to have been loved by her. Rest in peace, dear one.
Linda was a dear friend and colleague.
I met Linda in 1972, when I came to Toronto to work at th Science and Medicine Library at U of T. This was before desktop computers and the internet. We used terminals the size of a suitcase to do on-line searches. What a lot of wonderful memories.
Linda was always gentle, kind and thoughful. She made sure we kept in touch through all these years and never forgot my birthday. I will not miss you but carry you in my heart.
