Regina McKay (nee Szura)

September 18, 1947 - November 17, 2023

Passed away unexpectedly at home, on Friday, November 17, 2023 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of Harry for 55 years. Cherished mother of Deborah and Alyson, sister of Ursula Zboril (the late Ron Zboril) and Stan Szura (Halina).

Cremation has taken place. A family celebration of life will take place at a later time. For those who wish, donations in Regina’s memory may be made to Toronto Humane Society.

Our deepest condolences to the whole family on your loss. Regina was always so warm and welcoming when I'd come over to play with Alyson when we were kids. I have very fond memories of her (and she introduced me to borscht!). May your wonderful memories of her give you solace during this time of grief.

Dear Harry Deborah and Alyson.
My deepest condolences as you try to cope with the shocking unexpected death of your dearest mother and life companion.
Our outing on Wednesday was so enjoyable as we talked about our children when they were small.I had no inkling that she would die the next day.
