In Celebration of

Pietro Pasquale "Pat" D'Avino

February 13, 1941 -  October 16, 2021

Pietro Pasquale "Pat" D'Avino passed away peacefully on October 16, 2021 at the age of 80, in Toronto, Ontario. His most recent battle with cancer showed his courage and faith in facing life challenges with a smile. Pat was lovingly surrounded by his wife and daughters throughout his last weeks and despite the pain stayed strong until the end.

Wherever he went, Pat always filled homes and lives with lots of laughter, love, and fun and lit up every room with his million dollar smile. "Famiglia" meant everything to him and he selflessly spent every moment being with or doing things for those he loved so well.

Pat met the love of his life, Maria (Mary), while studying at Shaw Business School. It was love at first sight, and she supported his efforts every step of the way for nearly 60 years. Together, they built a life rich in love, family and friends.

Pat is survived by his loving wife Mary; daughters Anna-Marie (Edwin) and Janine Michelle (James Scott); and his grandchildren Christian (Ally), Joshua, Liam, Spencer and Tanya.
