Pierino D'Antonio

September 25, 1939 -  February 11, 2025

It is with profound sadness the family of Pierino D'Antonio announce his sudden passing on February 11th, 2025 at the age of 85. Born in Rocco San Giovanni Italy on September 25th, 1939.

Peter was preceded in death by his loving wife Mary, and his parents Pietro and Maria. Survived by his sons Fabrizio (Debbie), Robert (Carrie). Cherished Nonno to Anthony (Taylor), Domenic, Matteo, Alessio, Cassandra and Dean. Bisnonno to Emilia.

Peter will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Visitation will be Monday February 17th, 2025 from 2-5pm at Turner & Porter Peel Chapel 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday February 18th, 2025 at 1pm in the chapel at Turner & Porter.

Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery 6933 Tomken Road, Mississauga.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Pierino was a wonderful neighbor and a kind soul. We were so saddened to hear of his passing. He was always ready with a helping hand and a friendly smile, and we will cherish the memories of his warmth and generosity. Ci siamo frequentati molto da ragazzi. Benché dalla sua partenza in Canada, non ci siamo piu rivisti, ho ancora impresso un vivo ricordo, insieme a quello dei genitori e della famiglia d'origine.

Peter was our good friend for over 50 years. He was a kind , generous and hard working man.who loved his family deeply. I remember our many times together especially making wine in the Fall. Peter loved his wine and his was always the best. We will miss him and send our sincere condolences to Fabian, Robert and their families.
