Passed away at the age of 78, on Sunday August 4, 2024. Beloved husband for 55 years to Dau. Loving father of Hanh, Lisa (Loi), Kathy (George), Carol, Billy, Danny. Grandfather of Dianna, Anthony (Sarah), Christina, Cindy, Domi, Elana, Quincy, Cody.
Phan was born in Vietnam on March 2, 1946. Served in the South Vietnamese Army as an accountant. He and Dau were married in Vietnam on August 4, 1969.He immigrated to Canada in August of 1984 with his family. Lived and worked in Mississauga. Enjoyed his life as he lived.
