In Celebration of

Peter Kelly

September 11, 1936 -  March 27, 2024

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Peter Kelly on March 27, 2024, at the age of 87. Peter departs this world leaving behind many memories that will be cherished by those that knew and loved him.
Peter was a good man of great strength, unwavering character, and compassion. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife of over 47 years, Margaret, who preceded him in death in 2016; and a loving father to his sons Peter Jr. and Mark. The eldest son of the late John and Sarah Kelly; and dear brother of the late John and Dan Kelly, he was a loving son, brother, and uncle. He was also a loyal friend.

Born in Renton, bonnie Scotland, Peter immigrated to Canada with his wife and sons in 1979. Through determination, sacrifice, and hard work, Peter and Margaret made a good life for the family. They set a good example for Peter Jr. and Mark, who are very proud of their parents, and grateful for everything that Peter and Margaret did for them.

Peter loved his family and his passing has left a void in their hearts. His legacy will live on through the lives he touched and the memories he created.

Da, we will miss you dearly. We'll keep trying to make you and mum proud.

Love always.

Dear Peter I know its been a long time but I just wanted to reach out and express my sincerest condolences on the death of your father. Like I said to Mark I will always remember his generosity in driving me and sometimes my Dad out to watch the big games at the Celtic Club. I'm sorry for your loss.
