In Celebration of

Peggy Fleming

December 19, 1946 - December 5, 2021

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Peggy Fleming at Credit Valley Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.
A loving mother to her two daughters, Alicia and Andrea, were her life. She taught them to be self-sufficient and to reach for the highest rung on the ladder. She was so proud of them.
A provider, Peggy made sure her family had a great life – a home full of warmth, a good balance of work and fun, as well as religious beliefs. She was very hard working and was very fulfilled by her career as a Certified General Accountant; she loved being challenged to achieve. She worked with many interesting people over the years, many of whom have become dear lifelong friends.
Peggy was giving, always making time to help a friend, whatever the need. A special friend to many with whom she shared many adventures. She has maintained many friendships from those she met at school, various career positions, and the High Park Ski Club. Fun loving – always loved skiing, spending time at the cottage, dancing, partying.
Loving sister of Gwen, Carol and Doug; Sister-in-law to Bob. Amazing aunt to Bonnie, Catherine, Lori, Susan, Larry, and Rob. Predeceased by George, the father of her twin girls. Also predeceased by her parents Helen and Roy whom she loved, respected, and credited them with teaching her such high values. Her mother was a registered nurse who always had a smile on her face and a song to sing, especially to her grandchildren. Her dad was an accountant who also loved drama league and made sure that music was always part of their family life.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
