In Celebration of

Patricia Irwin

June 11, 1940 -  March 20, 2019

Patricia Irwin passed away unexpectedly at Malton Village Long term Care, Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the age of 78. Cherished wife of the late David. Adored mother of Kelly (Chris) Gordon and Craig (Dawn) Irwin. Much loved sister of Marlene (Ken) Hayes. Dear grandmother to Bailey, Kyle and Christy. And Loving Auntie Pat to so many.

In memory of Patricia, donations may be made to her favourite charity Sleeping Children Around the World or you can just simply pick up a bouquet of flowers for yourself, smell them often, and honour Pat's memory, she would love that.

Kelly and Craig,
I will always hold your mom and dad so close to my heart. My memories may be from long ago, however I recall them like they were yesterday. Auntie Pat was bottomless in her kindness towards me. I felt her love. Uncle Dave always keeping safe a straight path and the voice of pragmatism and sense. I am so thankful to have known Pat.. she was a one of a kind.. thinking of you all in this time of reflection
much love to you and yours,
Corinne

Momma, words can not explain how lost I feel without you. I am hoping when I talk to you that you can still hear me. Although I will never hear your voice, I still can imagine what you would say. I know you loved life, loved your family and cherished all your friends. I know you would want us to move on and not feel sorry for ourselves. I'm hoping its beautiful wherever you are and that some how some way you can send us a sign from time to time that you are watching over us. I pray to meet up with you in my dreams. I love you so much you were my best friend. Rest iin peace mom and I promise to keep in touch with your friends and to spend more time with our family. Chris and Christy miss you as much as I do. xoxoxoxo

So sad to hear of the passing so suddenly of Pat. We had a lot of good, happy times and memories together over the years with her and Dave, either at their cottage or in Florida, or a fire department function. We certainly miss them both. Rest in peace Pat.

Always smiling and laughing Auntie Pat was one of a kind. I’ll always remember her baking and knitting as a kid as my mother didn’t so these things ! She was larger than life and her laugh was contagious. She will be truly missed and thought of often. Love you Auntie Pat !
