"Pat" passed away peacefully on Wednesday April 21. Predeceased by her loving husband Claude after 62 years of marriage. Survived by her children Carolann and Robert, grandchildren Kathleen, John Mark, Andrew, and Michael, and great grandchildren Peter and Luca.

Born in Windsor Ontario, Pat moved to Toronto in the 1950s where she met the love of her life and started a family, eventually settling in Mississauga.

A special thank you to the VON at Westminster Place who made her life a comfortable as possible during the last years of her life.
