Ward, Margaret Patricia (Pat)

Peacefully, on August 6, 2023, in Wakefield, England, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of her late husband John. Loving mother to Stephen and Richard (Nora), and her grandchildren Nathaniel, Abbey, Michael, and Layla.
Born in Ackworth, England, on September 12, 1938, to Walter and Olive Taylor, Pat was the devoted sister of Dennis (Vera), Ian (Elaine), Lynn (Alan), and beloved sister-in-law of Alec and Sheila Ward. She had numerous nieces and nephews who lovingly referred to her as Aunty Pat.
John and Pat were married in 1960 and emigrated to Canada in 1975 with their two sons. Pat worked for many years in the office at Brampton Golf Club. She loved travel, trivia, word games, and, most of all, spending time with her family.
Friends may attend a celebration of Pat’s life at the Turner & Porter "Neweduk-Erin Mills" Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga, on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, from 6-9 p.m.
