In Celebration of

Paolo "Paul" Pirro

January 16, 1977 -  January 18, 2021

Paul passed at 5:22am on January 18, two days after his 44th birthday. He leaves behind his grieving mother, Clorinda, his Uncle Tony and Aunt Tracy, as well as his other loving aunts and uncles and many cousins.

Paul had medical problems from birth and despite the many insurmountable difficulties growing up, he was successful in completing his two year program at George Brown College in Toronto.

Despite his many abilities, it upset him greatly that people focused on his disability. He had an excellent memory and admirable social skills, a humongous heart.

He loved helping people, especially seniors and those with disabilities. He loved sports, Leafs, Raptors and Jays. He loved animals, especially dogs and befriended all the dogs that came by.

He loved finishing his mother’s sentences when mom’s memory failed.

He loved movies, pasta and pizza and volunteered for a couple of years at Luca Pizza.

Paul sat on the Board of Directors of Community Living Mississauga for six years which allowed him to become independent and outgoing and everyone’s friend.

He leaves a void in the hearts of many.

A private family service will be held. The Funeral will be available via Livestream - https://youtu.be/zgxidM2lHrY

For those who wish, donations in Paul's memory may be made to the OSPCA, Heart & Stroke and Lung Association.

Dear Clori,
I am heartbroken to hear of Paolo's passing. He was a wonderful man and I have fond memories of him and cherish the last time we had lunch together.
Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts.

Paul's unexpected passing has broken our hearts. I read once that when a loved one passes, they are not gone, they have just changed form. So Paul will be with us and for me will serve as an example of strength and perseverance. May he rest in peace.

I am at a loss for words . It is with a solemn heart that I attempt to understand and accept that my nephew has departed this earth. No words can possibly explain the void he has left and he will never be forgotten. He was a loving and generous man and always had a smile on his face. My tears just keep flowing and I can't seem stop them.
Paul , I love you and I will see you again on the other side buddy.
