Peacefully, at Credit Valley Hospital, on Friday, October 22, 2021, at the age of 80.

Beloved husband of the late Teresa (nee Ludwikow). Loving father of Michael (Michelle) and Paul (Stephanie). Adored grandfather of Piercen, Colton, Quintin and Hudson

A private visitation and service will be held at the Turner & Porter “Yorke Chapel”, 2357 Bloor St. W., on Thursday, October 28, 2021.

Interment Park Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, and for those who wish, donations may be made to Prostate Cancer Canada.

My condolences to the family. I knew Norman from Bloor Collegiate High School and Teresa from years back and the Marie Curie Sklodowska Association, Norman often mentioned mutual people who were in our classes at school - some who have since passed but still remembered.
I miss them both but know that they are together as they were on earth.
May Norman rest in peace with Teresa and may the Chudoba families find solace in the trying days to come.
