It is with heartfelt sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of Noel Osborne at his home on Monday, July 12, 2021 at the age of 63 who is now at peace with his beloved mother Margaret.

Beloved son of Noel Sr.(Jean) and the late Margaret. Loving brother of Sharon (Steve), Angela and Carol (Roger). Loved and cared for by Sandy Donovan. Loving uncle to Shannon, Feleisha, Shelby, Justise and Camille. He was loved dearly by his family and will be missed by his friends.
