It is with profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Nadia, Nana to most, who left us peacefully on March 9, at the age of 85. She was the heart of our family, a woman of boundless love, quiet strength, and unwavering kindness.
Born on June 21 in Alexandria, Egypt, Nadia dedicated her life to caring for those she loved. She was a devoted wife to Talaat Henein (deceased), daughter of Kamel & Doreen Boutros (deceased), a cherished sister to Magdy (deceased) and Mona, sister in law to Mona and Miranda, loving mother to Sherif (Miriam) and Shadia (Hany). Nadia was a cherished grandmother to Kristen (Rony), Adam (Stephanie), Natalie, Sarah and David, a proud great-grandmother to Kiana, Maya and Lorenzo, and aunt to Natalie, Christine, Cindy, Dalia, and Mark, and of course a loving friend and relative to many. Nothing brought her more joy than gathering her family around her, sharing stories, wisdom and the warmth of her ever-giving heart.
She had a way of making each person feel special, always knowing the right thing to say, and the right way to comfort. Her laughter, her hugs, and her gentle spirit will be missed more than words can express.
Rest peacefully, our dear Nadia. Your love will forever be our guiding light.
