Miroslav Filipcik

June 17, 1952 - April 25, 2025

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Miroslav Filipcik on April 25th 2025, at the age of 72.

Miro was a beloved husband, father and brother. He is survived by his wife Linda, children Richard, Raquelle and Patrick, and brothers Anton and Alexander.

He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Rest in peace, Miro.

Visitation will be held at Peel Chapel on Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 from 5 - 9 p.m.

Funeral service will be held at Sts. Cyril & Methodius Parish at 11:00 am, on Thursday, May, 1st 2025. Lunch and memories will be shared following the service at Mandarin on Matheson Blvd.

Those unable to attend in person are welcome to join the virtual service/ live feed at
11am on the youtube chanel of the parish (slovakparish).
