Miriam Hamilton (Zammit) was born on April 10, 1955 to Samuel and Lora Zammit in Vittoriosa, Malta. She was raised with two sisters, Odette and Joan, whom she always held close to her heart. Miriam married Howard Eric Hamilton in 1986 and had two daughters, Lindsay and Katie. She leaves behind her grandsons, whom she loved with all her heart: Nathan, Nash, Brennan and baby Dixon. Miriam worked at Humber College as an Admissions Officer, where she was able to display her kindness, caring and outgoing nature when working with students. She lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures- she was an amazing shopper who always found the best deals, loved spending time with family and friends, caring for her children and grandchildren, cooking, and sewing. Miriam was diagnosed with Cancer in April 2020. She spent her last hours of life comforted by her family by her side holding her hand.
