Mitch passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, 7:45 pm surrounded by his family at Southlake Regional Hospital at the age of 78 years.

Born in Strzyzowice Poland to Czeslaw Slipski- father and Janina ( Szlendak ) Slipska- mother. Beloved brother of Krystyna Sierada and Jan Slipski.

Married to his cherished wife Zofia (Oleksinska) Slipska. Loving father of Beata (Cory) and Andrzej (Danielle), grandfather of Alysa, Ryan and Ethan.
