In Celebration of

Mauro Florio

October 20, 1935 -  March 28, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mauro.
Beloved husband of Patricia.
Loving father of Gaetano "Thomas", Nicholas, Daniel, and LuAnn.
Caring grandfather of Raquel, Alexandria, Michael, Jamie, Nicole, Nevaeh and Anthony.

Mauro grew up in Toritto Bari, Italy until the age of 16, when he embarked on his new adventure to Canada.
Landing in Halifax and finding his way to Toronto where he established his family until today.

Mauro will be remembered by so many things during his life but most notably by his loving nature,
fun sense of humor, and always welcoming others into his home.

Mauro loved his Sunday family BBQ's, Formula 1 Racing, Blue Jays and Raptors.

We are grateful for the long life Mauro lived, his love and support over the years, family
dedication and wonderful memories he leaves behind with us.

Rest in Peace Mauro
Until we meet again

My sincerest condolences to Mrs. Florio and the entire family.❤️ It’s a sense of loss that I share with so many of our friends. Mr. Florio embodied the family values and love always, no wonder he was so welcoming and we are blessed for having known him. Thank you, always in our hearts.
