It is with great sadness that the family of Maureen Davis (Carty) announce her passing on March 20, 2021.

Beloved wife of Tom (predeceased), cherished mother of Kathleen (Tony) and Patrick, loving grandma to Joshua, Jacob, and Kenji. Maureen was predeceased by her parents John Joseph Carty and Beatrice (Murphy) and her siblings Eileen, Jean, Harry, Margaret, Joseph, Mary, Frances, Michael, William, and Patrick; and in-laws Michael (Jean) and Maureen (Gerald).

Maureen’s loyalty was first to family and then to others with her nursing degree. She loved her cottage garden, looking after her family, and spending time with her grandchildren most of all.

A private funeral service is tentatively planned for immediate family only, due to covid restrictions and will be held at Transfiguration of Our Lord Church in Etobicoke, Ontario on Thursday March 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM with a Live Stream via the Church Website...(www.transchurch.ca).

A celebration of life will also be held at a later date when restrictions have been lifted.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
