Maureen Connell

April 4, 1936 -  October 15, 2021

On Friday, October 15, 2021, Maureen passed away peacefully in her 85th year at The Village of Humber Heights. Kelly and Jane, my condolences to you and your families. I was truly sorry to hear of Maureen's passing, although I take some comfort in knowing that she will rejoin the one true love of her life - Donald. Don and Maureen (I always thought of them as one entity) were the best of friends that I and my family could have over the years.
With her human characteristics of wit, friendship, loyalty and a quiet humility marked by a gift for welcoming hospitality, Maureen lived a charter life for how friends can live peacefully but yet apart. Our times together were not only good times, they were great times. Forever will I remember the bridge games in the basement with their competitive hilarity.
Thank you Maureen, good luck and God bless. Bob

Dear Kelli and Jane. There are no words to express my
Love I had for your Mum. She was my girlfriend for
Over fifty years. We shared in so many fun events
and she was up for anything.
These past few years have been so difficult for
You and your families and I can just imagine how
Tired you all must be.
I know she is in a better place and I do hope she finds peace and joy and happiness. I will miss her !
