ZIRALDO, MARY (nee Battiston)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Ziraldo on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at the age of 94. Loving wife of the late Bruno (2019). Beloved daughter of the late Pasquale and Luigia. Predeceased by her late brother John (2002) and lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law, Linda Battiston. Loving mother of Gwen Lunardo (Domenic), Robert, and Lori DiLeo (Danny). Cherished by her grandchildren, Jennifer Bulger (Dave), Michael Lunardo (Kristen Murray), Mark DiLeo (Emily Whelan) and Christopher DiLeo.

Special thanks to all of Mary’s caregivers while at home and during her time at Tyndall Seniors Village and Wesburn Manor. At Mary’s request, a private family service will take place with cremation and interment to follow at Prospect Cemetery, Toronto.

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
