Maureen was a lovely, gentle soul who was always a pleasure to be around. Sometimes, before she got sick I would join her for her early morning walks and we would chat about our faith and families. I will miss Maureen's calm presence in The Lighthouse.
My thoughts and prayers go out to her family at this very sad time.

"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal.
Love leaves memories no one can steal."

Thank you to everyone who took the time to honour our mother either thru comments, donations, by attending her visitation or funeral.
