In Celebration of

Mary Escubedo

August 16, 1929 -  February 5, 2025

It is with profound sadness that we share the news that Maria Escubedo passed away on February 5. She was a proud mother, grandmother and great grandmother and the loving wife of Edward Escubedo.

Those of us who knew her will always remember her vibrant spirit and her kindness – and all the wonderful social events we attended together. She will be deeply missed by family, neighbours and friends.

A visitation is planned for Sunday, February 16 from 2:00 to 5:00pm at the Neweduk Chapel, 1981 Dundas Street West in Mississauga.

Dear Family Escubedo,

I am saddened to learn the passing of Mrs. Escubedo. She was so kind, gentle and welcoming. As a friend of Ana’s throughout university and onwards, Mrs. Escubedo welcomed me into her home with open arms. Mrs. Escubedo was so social and one of the nicest people I have ever known.

So sad, but she brought lots of smiles and had a wonderful life.

Dearest Ed, Ana, Eduardo & Loved Ones,
It is with great sadness that I received the news of Mary's passing. I recall with such fondness the memories of how Mary welcomed me to the neighborhood as Jack's new bride in 1976. Her warmth and charm shined throughout my years of knowing her. Mary had the sweetest demeaner and the kindest word to say for everyone. I know how deeply she will missed by all who knew and loved her. I send to you and all your extended family and friends, my deepest sympathy and sincere condolences.
Rest in perfect peace dear Mary.
With love from Sharleine

We were so sad to hear the news of the passing of Mrs Escubedo. What a warm, kind and welcoming woman she was ... and so devoted and supportive of her family!
So sad, no doubt she will be greatly missed. Our sincere condolences to Ed and Joan and the entire Escubedo family.
