I met her through Buck Consultants where we quickly became good friends, and remained so over 25+ years. I will miss you, my friend.
The feelings of loss at losing my lifelong companion are overwhelming. We shared the good times and the trials knowing we could rely on the support and unconditional love we treasured. Our faith in the promise of the Resurrection sustained us and assures me we will meet again. Mary Ellen is at peace and watching over us as she always did. She will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Lorrie,
You always talked about her so lovingly...
We had some good times and chats. You are at peace now
I will miss you Mary Ellen terribly, will miss our telephone discussions on the curling games, as well as football, baseball etc. I was a lector with Mary Ellen at St. Francis of Assisi Parish way back when & where I met her Mom as well before her Mom went into Erin Mills Lodge. We became very close friends & played bridge with the ladies group at St. Christopher’s Parish for a number of years. Will also miss our suppers at Swiss Chalet & before Covid the Mandarin Restaurant. We also volunteered at Carmel Heights for a number of years in the gift shop & driving the residents to special functions, where we had many laughs. Mary Ellen & I also went to The Meadowvale Theatre that we both loved as well. Will definitely miss our telephone conversations the most. I have very fond memories of the times I had with Marry ELlen & will be greatly missed in my heart. Mary Ellen you will reunited with John, & May You Rest In Peace in the Love of Our God. Your love will always be in my heart. Rest in Peace my Friend. Lorraine
