In Celebration of

Mark Brian Michitsch

November 2, 1959 -  May 26, 2021

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my husband Mark, brother to Howard (Michele) and Uncle to Alex (Chrissy) and Kate, on May 26, 2021, at Trillium Health Partners Mississauga Hospital. Mark was my best friend for 44 years and happily married for nearly 35 years. People and friends would always refer to us as "Mark & Sue", otherwise they wouldn't know which Mark you were talking about. I love him dearly and will be forever lost without him.

Mark would always help any stray, being animal or human, that was in need. Shelter, food or clothing, Mark was there to lend a hand. He was the most caring and generous person and made friends with everyone he met. His love of cars, his love of life, his love of animals, his love of his friends ...I miss him.

Private family service to be held on Friday, June 4, 2021. A celebration of life will be arranged when Covid guidelines allow.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name to SPCA would be greatly appreciated.

Mark was an amazing friend, he would do anything for you. I first met Mark and his family when I was 9 yrs old. We lived across the street from each other. Our families were very close growing up. Our parents were best friends and we spent Christmas Eves together, went on family picnics together and were always there for each other. As adults Mark and Sue were inseparable and we enjoyed their loving and generous company. I will miss Mark. Rest In Peace my friend! Love and hugs.

Sending you our sincere condolences Sue! Mark will be missed by all of us💔.
Yes you are right, Sue. I was telling my kids about Mark’s passing and said “Do you remember ‘Mark and Sue’ Mark”. They all said Yes.

Laurie and I are so very sad to hear of Mark's passing. Many memories of our childhood that I had hoped one day we could revisit over a few a beer. I will always regret that I lost touch with him and missed this opportunity. Laurie and I will always remember him as a kind and caring person with a love for life, family and friends.
