Peacefully and quietly passed away at Barnswallow Place Care Community (Elmira) on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at the age of 98. Predeceased by her beloved husband George (2001). Loving mother of Wayne (Sheryl), and cherished grandmother of Erich. A classic Leo, Marion was a tiny but fierce lioness who devoted her life to her family, friends, and faith. Friends and family may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., (at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway), on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., with a Funeral Service to follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment Glendale Cemetery. For those who wish, donations may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association, Cancer Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
