July 25, 1946 - October 19, 2021

Mario Blaskovic passed away on October 19, 2021 at Etobicoke General Hospital. He was 75 years young. Born on July 25, 1946 in Labin, Croatia, Mario married Maria Gripric and immigrated to Toronto, Ontario shortly thereafter. He is survived by his wife, Maria, daughters, Sabina and Tina, and son in law Claude.

Mario played professional soccer with Rudar and Toronto Metro Croatia. He worked for Grain Process Enterprises for 40+ years where he continued his career into retirement.

A visitation will be held at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, on Friday, October 22, 2021 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. with a service to take place at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Registration is required to attend, please copy and paste the link below into your search browser to register.
