Marie Haidasz-Cybulski

February 5, 1954 -  November 13, 2023

Passed away on Monday November 13th, 2023 at St. Joseph's Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit at the age of 69. Her daughter Stefanie was singing by her side. She will be sadly missed by Joseph Cybulski, her soulmate and husband of 38 years. She will be remembered as a most loving and devoted mother to her daughter Stefanie.

Predeceased by her parents Senator Stanley and Natalia Haidasz, and in-laws Peter and Gina Cybulski. Elder sister to Walter (Carolynn), Joanne (Don) and predeceased by Barbara (Bruce). Sister-in-law to Saverio Cybulski (Christine). Loving Cioci to many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by extended family and many friends whom she met during her 40 years working for the federal public service, numerous Polish and community organizations and as an involved wife and mother in her family’s activities.

Marie was a kind and generous soul, dependable and non-judgemental, always ready to lend a helping hand and willing to sacrifice her needs before others. She was happy to see her creative vision and ideas magically come to life. She will be lovingly remembered for her vibrant and fun-loving personality.

For those who may wish, donations may be made to St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation (Palliative Care Unit).

One of the last times we were together we actually spent reminiscing about our families and all the crazy things we got into. We laughed remembering how I’d just be present at most family gatherings without invitation. She expressed her concerns regarding me and my health adding that she’d pray for me. Such a kind heart.

Thanks for always making me smile while hearing you belt out Paul Anka’s song “Love is a Many Splendored Thing “ in opera voice!!!

Marie, you will be missed. ❤️🕊️🙏🏼🕯️❤️

She was always checking in on people, the keeper of the family history, and community involvement with the Polish community, this along with many others wonderful traits and actions is her legacy. Marie will be greatly missed. Rest in peace.
