Passed away at Credit Valley Hospital, on May 11, 2020 at the age of 88.

Beloved wife of the late Manuel. Loving mother to Maria Cremilde (Antonio), Antonio (Rosa), Maria Belina (Laudaleino), and Maria Belmira (Joao). Cherished Avò to Nancy, Carla, Sandro, Terry, Amilcar, Rueben, Stephanie, Joana, and Samantha.

With her love and guidance, her grandchildren were able to raise families of their own. Maria was blessed with 12 great grandchildren that will forever remember her in their hearts.

A private family service will be held at Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, with a public celebration of life at a later date.

Entombment Assumption Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Canadian Diabetes Association in honour of Maria.
