It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Maria Donata Pepe, who at the age of 93 passed away at her home on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. She was surrounded by her loving daughter who provided love and care until her final day. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Teresa(Giuseppe), Maria(Nicola), Daniele (deceased) and Elia (deceased); her grandchildren Filomena, Domenico, Daniela, Luigi, Claudia, Francesica & Marco; great- grandchildren Matteo, Gianluca, Cristian, Marcus, Carson, Nicolas, Sofia, Elis, Daniela, Teresa and Maria.

Maria was a strong single mother , widowed at the age of 34; raised 4 children and chose never to remarry. She was a devout Christian who served in her church community faithfully. Maria was a woman of great strength and honour and provided great comfort to her church members. She was a guiding light to her family and her strength and endurance came from the Lord Jesus Christ. We know she has been embraced by the heavenly father and is now resting in peace. “Well done, good and faithful servant”.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter “Peel” Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., (Hwy. 10, N. of the QEW) on Monday, April 24, 2023 from 2 – 4 p.m. & 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at the Turner & Porter “Peel Chapel” on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 11 a.m. Online condolences may be made through www.turnerporter.ca
