Peacefully at home surrounded by her family, Maria Medeiros passed away on Thursday June 13, 2024 at the age of 80 after battling bile duct cancer.

Beloved wife of the late Eduardo Medeiros and loving mother of Antonio (Sandra), Dennis (Elizabeth) & the late Isabel (Jose). Cherished Avó to Amanda (Jason), Kaitlyn, Hayley, Chassidy, Austin and Ethan. Devoted Bisavó to Aryanna, Peyton and Matteo. Survived by her siblings Joao, Antonio, Esmeralda, Lucia, Evelina, Paula and Paulo and predeceased by Jose.

She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga (HWY 10 N. of QEW) on Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 2-4 & 6-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Cristo Rei Parish, 3495 Confederation Pkwy, Mississauga, on Friday, June 21, 2024 at 11 AM.

Entombment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
