It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Maria Aldora Oliveira Lima on December 18th, 2024 at age 75, after a courageous battle with cancer. Aldora was born on May 19th, 1949 in Sao Miguel, Azores to Almerinda and Manuel Oliveira. In 1971, she married the love of her life, Jose Lima and together they built a beautiful life filled with love, faith, and devotion.

Aldora was a cherished mother to Barbara, Mary and Monica and a beloved mother-in-law to Joe, George, and John. She will be deeply missed by her six grandchildren, Megan, Sydney, Jordan, Aiden, Audrey and Lincoln, who were the pride and joys of her life.

Aldora was known for her kind and giving spirit, always going out of her way to help others. She dedicated countless hours as a volunteer, helping to feed the hungry and homeless in her community. Her selflessness, generosity and unwavering love touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Aldora's legacy of love, kindness, and service will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in peace, reunited with those who have gone before her.
