It is with great sadness that the family of Maria announces her passing, on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 after a long courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 62 years.
Maria will be lovingly remembered by her beloved husband Miroslaw, her cherished daughters Oksana (Michael) and Natalie (Jordan) and son Johan (Amy). Loving grandma of Julian. Maria will also be fondly remembered by her siblings Anna and Bogdan (Krystyna) and her niece Joanna, extended family and friends in Canada and Poland.
Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Thursday from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Ukrainian Catholic Church Holy Protection of the Mother of God, 30 Leeds St., Toronto on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 10am
Those who wish may make memorial donations in memory of Maria to the Dorothy Ley Hospice or Princess Margaret Hospital.
