Maria Angela Mazzuca

November 26, 1930 - January 20, 2025

On Monday, January 20, 2025, at home with her loved ones. Beloved spouse of Orlando, mother to Luigi and his wife Susan, and Francesco and his partner Julie. Devoted grandmother to Anthony, Amanda, Brock (Melissa), Dominique and Aliyah. Loving great grandmother to 9 great grandchildren. Maria will be sadly missed by her brothers Gaetano, Aldo, Ennio, Rosalbino, her pre-deceased sister Gina and the whole Fasanella family. Will also be missed by her in-laws Nerina, Bianca and Mario and the extended Mazzuca family.

Visitation for Maria will be held on Sunday January 26 from 4-8pm at Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street, Mississauga. Chapel Service will be held on Monday January 27 at 11AM.

For those who wish, donations may be made to The Hospital for Sick Children.

It is with great sadness that the world has lost a truly great matriarch of the Mazzucca family. She was the sweetest lady I have ever known and have fond memories of visiting her home, being spoiled with fresh food and fruit, all made and provided out of love and enjoyment. May you all gather strength from one another through this journey. Sending prayers, love and support. Our sincere condolences.

Dear mother i can't say enough how much you meant to me for 68years. You were the best mom , mother in law and grandmother you could be and everyone you met you touched their hearts . When we lose someone dear we lose a part of ourselves too, and nothing can ever replace it. Mom i will always miss calling you every day on my way home from work to discuss how your day was. I will be here for dad and look after him to the best of my ability until one day you can both be together again.
Mom I love you so much and my heart is broken.
