It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Manuel on January 24, 2018 at the age of 90. Predeceased by his wife Zara. Loving father to John and his wife Mira; Elina DaSilva and her husband Manuel; Sara Barbosa and her husband Frank; Joe and his wife Sue; Alex and his wife Morgan.
