Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at the age of 66. Beloved wife of William for 42 years. Loving mother of Kyle and Fallon (Richard Walford). Devoted Nana of Ceileigh and Gavin. Cherished daughter of the late Lewis and Rose. Dear sister of Edward (Susan). Loved by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who she always considered family.

Lynda was my first friend that I made at the University of Toronto in Mississauga (UTM) in 1994. Lynda brought a lot of laughter and joy to the students she met in writing and criminology courses. She approached her learning with curiosity and approached her fellow students with kindness. Lynda, tenacious and loyal, painstakingly and carefully moved her finger from key to key on her laptop to type out messages to me on Facebook, and still managed to make jokes just a few weeks ago.

I am honoured to know you and have your spirit flow through me.

To Bill and all of Lynda's family, heartfelt condolences and prayers from me and my wife Wendy.
Growing up from the age of 10 or 12, I got to know Lynda like another sister. Her brother Ed and I were the best of friends (still are) and I spent a great deal of time with Lynda's family at the time, so I have many fond memories. She often referred to me as her other brother! Rest in peace dear sister.
