Lorraine, I will think of you with love and admiration every single day, You were one of my role models, dear sister, and I will hold you close in memory forever. We shared so much in common, much laughter, many tears, and great joy. Thank you for every kindness, every word of encouragement and praise, every 'big sister' moment, every conversation during which we saved the world. I am grateful for our times together, and only wish there could have been more. Until we meet again, my dear sister and friend. Love you always and forever, Janet.
Dearest Lorraine,
You will be so deeply missed. Christmas will never feel the same without a visit from our Aunty Lorraine. You were so kind and generous and you carried yourself proudly; that’s something I’ll never forget about you.
Your passing has not yet sunk in, and I imagine it will take some time for us all to realize with you being so far all these years. All I can say is we love and miss you and I’ll always keep a special place in my heart for my “Aunty Lorraine from Toronto”.
Clay, Allysa, and Oaklan xoxo.
Our family's hearts go out to you and yours always in my thoughts I'm sorry to hear if you're passing after 44 years of friendship always in my heart your friend Sophie
Enjoyed the last 20 years of friendship with Lorraine We met at St. Phillip's church and then socially at 50 plus, book club and weekly exercise classes So sad to hear that this friendship will not continue The last two years have been difficult as we did not meet to enjoy each other's company My sympathy to Loraine's family and Peter.
Lorraine was such a wonderfully vibrant person until illness slowed her down. I have such lovely memories of the vacation Doris Pascoe and I spent with her in the Canary Islands, and also our mini-vacation a few years later in Prince Edward County. Peter, my heart goes out to you
