Lorna Mays was a fabulous friend, guide, and helper to myself and my family. My girls would call on"Mrs Mays" when they needed any help with a school project and their mother didn't have the answer at the tip of her fingers. Because Lorna Mays Did.
Having lived in London all my life, I was a bit in shock when John and I and little 1 year oldJennifer first moved to the townhouse right across the street from Lorna .
Lorna arrived a few days later with a plate of cookies and we have been friends since that day. That makes more than 50 years of family outings to pick strawberries for instance, tea parties, birthday parties --babysitting--you name it. A great friend and confidante--and will be sorely missed. It is with a heavy heart that we have to see the passing of Lorna as the last of our family's generation. Our thoughts and memories will continue and are forever with our family, my cousin Robert his wife Jennifer and their children at this time and forever.
