Thinking of you all, and wishing you moments of peace and comfort. Our deepest sympathy over the loss of Lori, a wonderful mother and loving wife.
The Heck Family (Natasha McVie, Huguette, Carl, and Tanya Heck)
My heartfelt condolences to Lori's family. Lori was a close friend of my sister Karen. Our parents were family friends.
Lori was always a positive and happy person to be around, and I fondly recall spending time with my older sisters and Lori in the pool off the corner of Carsbrooke road, when they let me tag along!
My deepest sympathies to the family.
Lorne, Leanne, Elise and Nancy.
My deepest condolences to you all on the passing of Lori. We were close childhood friends. Most of my memories of growing up are intertwined with threads of these memories. To this day, my go to comfort food is toasted malted bread with butter! It takes me right back to hanging out at the Yawney's pool.
I am so grateful that we reconnected to celebrate our big 5-0.
May God bless and keep you all safely in his hands, until you meet again.
With love,
Karen Muldoon (nee Coulas) and family
We meet many people while travelling on our life journey and I can't express how grateful I am that Lori's and my paths crossed at Sts. Martha and Mary school. She was such an awesome educator and so many students benefited from her loving and caring ways. We shared many laughs and tears throughout the years, a true friend. As sad as I am that Lori has gone, I'm left with an appreciation of our friendship, her many talents, strengths and recognizing her for the giving woman that she was. She is at peace now.
Lori was a wonderful colleague, but more important, a friend. She had so many wonderful qualities that made her a cherished friend--honesty, a sense of humor, creative, loyal, supportive, loving, humble, confident,kind--to name just a few. These very same qualities also made her a wonderful teacher. I was honored to know her and call her friend. She always spoke so lovingly of her daughters and family and did so much for them all. She was truly one of a kind. I will miss her more than words can say. I miss her already. I will find comfort in the memories we shared and in knowing all the lives, both big and small, she helped guide, shape and love throughout her life. God bless Lori.
